Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
What happens if my session gets cancelled or postponed due to poor weather conditions?
how do the payments work?
Travel within Spruce Grove and the Edmonton area is included in all package pricing. For sessions outside of this area, a travel fee will apply, which we can discuss during booking.
Weather in Alberta can be unpredictable, and I understand that conditions may require last-minute changes. If your game or event is cancelled due to weather, we will work together to reschedule to the next available date that fits your schedule.
A 50% payment is due at the conclusion of your session, with the remaining 50% due once your photos are fully edited and ready for delivery. Once the final payment is received, your gallery will be sent to you for download and sharing.

Where can i have my photos printed?
For game action sessions, galleries are typically delivered within 48–72 hours after the session. Team photoshoots are delivered within one week. Larger projects may take additional time, but I will always provide you with an estimated delivery date at the time of booking.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will not incur any fees.
A: At this time, I do not offer direct printing services. However, I am happy to provide a print release form upon request so you can have your photos professionally printed at your preferred lab.
