FAQ

HOW LONG UNTIL I can RECEIVE MY GALLERY?

You can expect to receive your game action photos 48-72 hours after the session has concluded. Team photoshoots can expect to receive their full photo gallery within a week. Larger projects require more time to be completed, but I will give you an estimated date you can expect your photos to be delivered.

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

All travel within Spruce Grove & the Edmonton area is included in the package price. Travelling beyond this area will incur an additional fee.

Whats your policy on cancalation?

Clients cancelling their session within 48 hours of its start will be subjected to a cancellation fee. If cancelled before the 48-hour notice, it will be free of charge.

Where can i have my photos printed?

At this current moment, I do not offer printing services. However, I will provide a print release form upon request so you can get your photos professionally printed wherever you prefer.

What happens if my session gets cancelled or postponed due to poor weather conditions?

Sometimes weather can change on a dime and unexpectedly worsen. We can discuss future dates to reschedule the game or event if it has been cancelled due to the weather.

How do the payments work?

A 50% payment is due at the conclusion of your session, with the remaining 50% due once your photos are fully edited and ready for delivery. Once the final payment is received, your gallery will be sent to you for download and sharing.
